    Because the Portage swimmers have not yet begun to taper and swim shorter distances in practice, nobody was expected to be breaking school records on Tuesday. That didn't stop Portage's Kate Wolf, who continued her impressive season, as she broke her own program record in the 400 freestyle with a winning time of 5 minutes, 5.93 seconds on Tuesday afternoon in a 123-45 dual meet loss to Monona Grove at the Rusch Pool in Portage.
